The California Coastal House | Dana Point 2 BR 2BR Coastal Retreat Near Strands Beach

Guests have full access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit, including 2 private patios. The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, cookware, bedroom furniture, and patio seating. We also provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent.
We also provide household cleaners, a broom and dustpan, and trash bags. Shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hand soap are stocked in both bathrooms. In the kitchen, you'll find a drip coffee maker, filtered water from the fridge, salt, pepper, and olive oil. For the beach, we provide 2 backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, and kids' beach toys. A BBQ is available on the patio.
Bedroom 1 has an Eastern King bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Both bedrooms are private.
During your stay, you'll also have access to community amenities at Niguel Beach Terrace, including the pool, two jacuzzis, and well maintained walkways throughout the complex. Pool hours are 8am to 10pm.
We ask guests to help keep the property in good condition. Missing or damaged items may be charged. By booking, you agree to follow the house rules and understand you are responsible for your own safety during your stay.
